Strange Weather Pictures offers services to help you develop your project and prepare it ready for sale. If you have a script and don’t know what the next step is or if you just don’t have the time to prepare an industry-standard presentation package, just give us a call and we’ll do the work for you.
Some of the services and packages we offer are:
ONE SHEET – $150
The one sheet is a single page that provides an overview of the project. It includes a brief synopsis, projected costs, and a market analysis comparing similar films that have been successful in the relevant genre.
ROUGH BUDGET – $500
While it won’t address every detail of your project’s costs, it will provide an accurate starting point for a potential investor to evaluate the cost of production, including costs for each department, location costs, union rates, financing, contingency, and above-the-line and below-the-line totals. This package also includes a top sheet, a single page that provides an overall financial breakdown for the project.
PITCH PACKAGE – $2500
A ten-page full color presentation package that includes an introduction to the creators, story or project synopsis, a cast Wish List, LOIs (if any) and a rough budget.
INVESTOR’S PACKAGE – $5000
A twenty page full color presentation package that includes everything in the Pitch Package plus: full color poster art, production schedule overview, distribution options, chart of comparable box office returns, income projections, product placement options, and tax incentive options
LOIs (Letters Of Intent–TALENT)

An LOI is a letter signed by a celebrity expressing interest in a project. While it doesn’t guarantee that they’ll appear in your film, it does show that they’re willing to work with the production in negotiating their participation. Through our connections to various agencies, we can secure for you LOIs from known celebrities that will add value to your project.
